The Great Klokov on a BAD DAY!!

Although this week was kind of our deload week, the lifts felt pretty shitty. My collar bone is sore, my wrist is sore and my shoulder is sore. I want to compare this to the feeling of soreness during “BASE TRAINING”. I want to say in another week it will blow over and I’ll feel less broken.

With that being said, I’ll just shake it off and move on to a new week!
