Quote of the Day


There are times during a workout that I feel like it is never going to end. When the workout is finally done and I have some time to reflect I think “I could have done more”. I’m trying to get out of this space where my negative thoughts control my workout behaviour. Something I’m going to try is tell myself is to dig a little more when I feel like I want to stop. I hope to eventually build the strength to not stop at all.
